iPhone 5 won't play certain songs

My new iPhone 5 won't play certain tracks. I think they are all the purchased tracks. The tracks are there but when I go to play them the album cover appears and it just skips to the next track. The same tracks play fine on my wife's new iPhone and on my old one.

Really annoying me.
