Iphone 4s with temporarilly simcard without loosing contacts notes photos etc

Hey guys! How are you?

I'm going to make a travel and for that reason I bought another simcard to being able to make cheaper phone calls since.

But i'm with a doubt: When i switch my local (old) simcard to this new one i'm afraid loosing all my contacts, photos, notes, apps and i can't afford it since i will need all those resources exactly in the other sim.

How can i preserve all this apps and docs with a new sim?
