HT2109 when get to part says Restore from iCloud Backup on my new phone this not show up on my phone

just got new I phone 5 yesterday and can't get the calendars to sync from old phone to new. have been online x2 with support and still not synced. The last time was this am when I had to sync the old phone to I Cloud and am now ready to get info to new phone but the "Restore from ICloud Backup" does not exist! How can I change that?
