TS1275 keep getting an error message saying Startup disk full. Delete or remove old items to free up space. can't figure out how to this :-(

I have already deleted all of my old Application files that I no longer used, and I have also moved about 40GB of data onto a cloud storage solution.   Not sure what else I am supposed to to do, as none of this has made any difference.
