dropped my phone in water

Could someone please help me...?

I dropped my phone in the toilet and took the phone out immediately but it turned off automatically. 

I put it in rice with silica gel for 24 hours. I wasn't sure if it was perfectly dried or not but I thought it might work again so plugged the adapter and waited.

But the power wouldn't turn on and I looked at the camera and I could see the moisture inside the glass........

I was shocked....

Should I put in back in rice? Is there any hope for me............?
