Pictures not emailing Help

After downloading version 6.0.1 on my iPhone 4, when I try to email a picture, it does not go through.

In my Camera Roll, I select the picture I want, and tap on the arrow to email.  The picture then comes up in an email just like it should.  Then I enter the To: email address, press send, select the picture size, and hear the sound effect that the email has been sent.  But then it never arrives or shows up in sent on my phone!

I never had this problem before downloading the software update.  I can still send emails without pictures with no problem.
