Syncing iPad 2 with iPhone 5

Hi,

I just got my first iPhone and although I have an iPad I selected "set up as new iPhone" on set up screen. Nw I can't seem to go back and sync all my apps etc from my iPad. I've done a full reset but it didn't bring me back to the set up options

Any help would be appreciated
