Touchscreen won't work when charging or for some moments after unplugging since last iOS update (iPhone 5)

I can't do anything, no sliding it on/off. It is like I don't have a touchscreen phone. I've tried to plug it in while an app is open, say e-mail or Facebook for example. Same problem.
