can see 'tap to tweet' but not 'tap to post' iPhone 5

Hi all,

In my notifications center I can see the "Tap to Tweet" button but not the "Tap to Post" facebook button.

I am signed into my facebook account, my facebook widget is on, my share widget is on... Any ideas?
