Hello, I would greatly appreciate an honest answer from someone who works at an Apple retail store. I have had my iPhone for about 40 days, and I realized there are scratches. Can I exchange it? I'm sure it was a defected product. When I first got my phone, I put a case on it, which has a soft microfacbric cover on the inside to protect the back of the phone. I am a scratch freak, and I am getting mixed answers. Please respond.
