I only have one page of apps, with just a few folders. I have opened the folders numerous times, but none contain the recorder. HOWEVER, when I ask Siri to "open voice", the voice recorder pops right up. Is Apple hiding it from us? Have they forgotten to make an icon for it? Is Siri holding out on us? I don't get it.
