TS3281 how get my iPhone 4 stuck out of recovery mode

i tried to update my iphone4 through iTunes since i didn't have enough storage on my phone to install the update. now it says there's a problem restoring it and it's stuck in recovery. i've tried twice to recover through itunes and it doesn't work! i tried the going to systems configurations and deselecting and disabling the things that was suggested in one article. but it's still not working. i need help because now my phone is completely worthless!
