Selling iPhone on ebay. How to make sure it isn't linked to iCloud

I currently have my iPhone on sale on ebay. I erased it using the Erase All Content and Settings so the phone was wiped, however when I log into find my iphone the device shows up. I see there is a button to remove it from the service, but that got me thinking what else is the phone linked too? Should I be checking anything else or will I need to re set up the phone and de authorize it somehow or should the erase all content and settings be good enough?
