cannot quit VPN in iOS 6

Hi,

Alla of the sudden VPN in on in iOS6 on my iPhone5. It doesn'r help to turn it of in the preferences, because it turns on by itself again. Since this VPN is active it drains my battery, even if I don'r use the telephone. It looses up to 50% over night.

What to do?
