Will be able to unlock 5c in Israel

I bought iPhone 5c Unlocked, sim-free from apple.com

Will I be able to unlock it in Israel?

We currently don't have 5c/5s in Israel (will get it at some point in the feture, only have 5 currently).

So I was woundering If it will let me unlock it with one of the local carriers.
