iMessage International

I have been getting harassed by someone from an international number who hacked a program and stole my personal information. I do not want to swap my telephone number as it would come to a great cost to me. I already have a police report and warrent should he enter the country like he said he will do...

I have swapped my provider who has "claimed" they can block texts from this guy but then fail to know their services are limited to blocking Canada and USA numbers only (10-digits).

I want this guy to stop. He too has an iphone so his texts to me are free... If I turn off iMessage will this mean he gets charged for texting me? This is the only way I can think of to get this guy to stop. He texts me hundreds sometimes over a thousand a day... then for a few days its like 50... then jumps back to over a few hundred.

I want to block this guy without disconnecting my number or having to jailbreak my number...

HELP!!!!
