iPhone 4 not s, Outlook sync always worked great until I downloaded iOs6. I have the most current version installed. Phone is configured to a PC at work, and I really need my work calendar on my phone but it no longer syncs.
iTunes/iPhone/Info says "Your calendars are being synced with your iPhone over the air" but clearly this is not happening. My PC does not have WiFi capability that I know of. This section in iTunes also says Over-the-air sync settings can be changed on your iPhone but I don't see where. Plus, I don't use WiFi on the phone, and have it shut off. Does over the air use wifi?
I have found only outdated fixes for this so far. I'll be the first to admit being digitally challenged and not knowing everything there is to know about my phone. I of course tried a full shutdown and want to avoid a restore.
Anyone have a solution? Why doesn't this work great [or at all] like it used to?
Sure would appreciate any help. Apple won't talk to me without selling me support time, which is a whole different discussion thread!
