i live in Israel and my friend bought me a new iphone5 a mounth ago in apple store that is located in Vegas.
i have a problem with my i phone: it is shutting down all the time. i tried to restore the IOS software a few times but it does'nt help, its seems like electricity problem because the screen is fading out and then shutting down.
i tried all options that apple suggest in the support section and it didn't help me to resolve the problem ( like i said i guess its a hardware problem).
as i know i do have a coverage for my iphone so i want to sent it to the US for fixing it. where do i need to send it for ?
also i didn't save the receipt. could it be a problem?
