new iPhone 5 no sound

Hello,

I bought a iPhone 5 64gb yesterday from a dealer, went home & tried to change the ringers & noticed I don't have any sound at all.

Yes, I had tried the switch on the left side of the phone. Music plays with headphones, paused music took the headphones out & tried

playing a song to no sound yet again.

Did a factory reset, nothing. Have the current version of iOS. Anyone have any suggestions?
