unlocke device iPhone 5

for **** this number I allready requevested to unlock the device. it is I phone 5. IMEI number is ****. This phone was locked with 3 mobail. Even I got a massage that your phone is now unlock. So I even insert different network simcard and it was working with different network O2. And now it's been locked with O". I don't know what am I suppouse to do.

So now I'm confused what Am I suppouse to do with this problem? if it is possible than can you pleas call me on my indian number as I never bring my 3 mobail simcard.
