I have the iPhone 4S. My old iPhone had a broken headphone jack, so my carrier (Verizon) got me a new one. I've backed up my old iPhone to my itunes, but when I went to restore the new iPhone to the old one's backup, only my apps and contacts made it over. I've retried this several times, but I keep getting the same result.I'm trying to backup to the cloud right now, so we'll see if that helps.
Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
