I am using Windows 7, itunes 11.0.2.26 - but cannot get the itunes to recognize my iphone 5 or iphone 3gs. The phones are visible from my computer screen, where i can access their photos, but they just arent recognized by Itunes. I went through the troubleshooting guide, but nothing works.
