Deleting Photo albums etc. synced with iTunes

When setting up my iPhone 5 last week, I synced to iTunes--and wasn't all that careful in what I wanted on the phone.  Consequently I have a bunch of .tiff files that are in an album.

How do I get rid of this, short of doing a system reset?
