Connection Sharing Between Iphone To Ipad

Hi Everyone!

I would like to know if you saw this probleme with the Iphone with iOS6...?

I'm not able to use again my Connection Share from my Iphone 4 to my Ipad 1st generation...

I reset my setting but i'm not able to connect with the bluetooth...
